4. The Werewolf Diet
Speaking of the cruel and unusual, this diet, also called the “lunar diet”, attempts to shed the pounds with a combination of fasting and drinking only water. According to the designer, it can allow the individual to lose up to 6 lbs. in a day,( probably through a controlled starvation?). Experts think that this could be a bad idea, and that most likely the weight will be restored in a few days.
